Welcome to The One Ai, LLC ("The One Ai," "Company," "We," "Our," or "Us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of The One Ai’s Webchat Widget service (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

1. Subscription & Billing

Trial: $7 for 7 days.Monthly Plan: $37/month.Annual Plan: $444/year.Promotional pricing applies only at sign-up; renewals follow the standard rate of $111/month or $1,258/year.After the seven (7) day trial, automatic billing occurs on day eight (8) unless canceled. Payments are non-refundable.

2. Usage Limitations

Subscriptions include 833 chats per month.If the limit is exceeded, service may be suspended unless additional payment is made.Unused chats do not roll over.

3. AI Disclaimer & Liability

AI responses are based on provided FAQs and training but may occasionally be inaccurate.The One Ai is not responsible for incorrect information conveyed by AI.Users acknowledge AI-generated responses are not legally binding.

4. Delivery & Setup

Webchat setup will be completed within 48 hours after purchase.Clients must provide necessary FAQs and setup details promptly.

5. Lead Forwarding & Email Notifications

All leads and inquiries will be sent to the email provided by the client.Clients must check their Spam/Junk folder and whitelist our emails to ensure delivery.The One Ai is not responsible for missed leads due to email filtering.

6. Cancellation Policy

Clients have 7 days from the trial start date to cancel.After 7 days, billing continues based on the selected plan.
